Bright dots on the screen!

Another user with this issue.
On my douthers phone , after only several days of using, these dots appeared on the screen. Since I'm avare of the other users with the same issue, how this problem can be solved. Is it with LCD screen of with the hardware below the screen and how to repair it?
Another issue, the ears peace speaker is to low with no more option to turn it lauder.

Bright dots cannot be fixed unless screen is replaced.  The screens are defective from the factory so it's a production problem.

I have the same problem from the start. Is it repirable and how?
Will the factory do something about it?

I send back to E-FOX SHOP my TOUCH with the same problem ( 2 bright dots on display ). No answer since 3 month!
