Latest Update - Phone gets worse

After the update few days ago my phone has now started to perform even worse than originally.
Opening txt message has 5-10 second lag/delay in opening.
Viewing photos has about 5 second freeze up.
Volume buttons and screen delay by a few seconds.

Phone performance is very very bad, even worse now after update.
Please fix.

Hi,
Please erase the cached data in Settings --> USB and storage --> Internal storage. If that doesn't help, process a factory data reset. Please note, this model has only 1GB RAM, so too many apps and processes running in the background can make it slow, especially if the the internal memory is getting full and not enough storage for caching data. I suggest you to uninstall all apps and games, that you don't really use.

Hello sorry for late reply, been busy.

Tried your suggestions of clear cache but does not help.
Also i have done factory restore so many times now and it changes nothing, on factory restore phone screen and buttons are very very slow to respond,
after update it gets even worse. Opening txts to reply takes almost twice as long and the screen seems to take a lot longer to respond and is extremely unresponsive.

Power and volume buttons take 3-4 seconds to respond. Is the same with factory restore and no apps installed.
If this is the same after next update i will return the phone as its not much use really.
