Hello. I have Umi Touch and something gone wrong while rooting and my phone is not turning on. ( if this is even possible ) Can someone backup his working phone and send backup to me so i can restore it.

Hi,

Fortunately you don't need a backup from an other user, since you can restore your phone by flashing a stock firmware. You can find all of them in the ROM section. Here's the latest one:
