Random reboot

Hi,I have recently buy an UMI SUPER by Amazon.The phone is updated. Sometime it reboots withount any justification.Other times, during the booting procedure, it "freezes" in a windowsthat contains (in Italian) "avvio applicazioni" (perhaps it is thetranslation of -Applications start- or -start of the applications-).Can you resolve the problem or help me to resolve locally the problem?In this condition the phone is not usable.Best RegardsMarco Righi

The fact we have to downgrade ROM shows how serious are UMI dev's when they release a new FOTA !!
Do they perform regression tests ? not sure...

I have the same problem too with a new umi super!
I tried to reset without solve. Next step is to flash the last rom..

Can you please say what ROM you used? I tried to load 20160708 but result was touchscreen issues. I can't find a newer one to upload. Many thanks

You can find all ROMs in the ROM section. Please try to flash the latest version.

umi super latest rom is 10082016

When i buy the smartphone in gearbest.com the Umi Super arrived whit this version 25 08 2016

Also my umi super was updated when arrived from gearbest, but, i guess with a firmware corrupt because by reflashing the same firmware i solved the problem.
