reboots and hangs

Hi all I just received my phone on Monday and it been great exceptfor a very annoying problem it randomly reboots 4 to 5 times a day and hangs onreboot and I have to do a hard reset is there ant fix for this problem?  Thanks

Hi, my phone arrived just yesterday and has the same problem.

i tried to go in recovery mode by press Power+vol up and the display show no command; if i try to press power or volume buttons nothing change.
if i boot with power + vol down will appear a chinese menu.

what can i do?

Please doit:  go to the recovery mode (vol + , home buton , power on) - wipe cache partition - wait, wipe data / factory reset - click yes - wait , and rebot, your telephone be normal work.

\n\nthanks for the answer, what you mean for home button? the button in the left side of the phone?

in the recovery mode there isn't a menu where select the wipe option.. only the robot with "no Command".

Re-flash the firmware could change something?

Hi, reflashing stock firmware you can solve easly the problem.
go in Rom subforum to read the tutorial.
