Problemas com Touchscreen do UMI Rome

Não consigo trabalhar com meu UMI Rome.
O touch screen, mal ele liga e já aparece um ponto de pressão, como se estivessemos lá com o dedo.
Apareceu com pouco mais de um mês de uso.
Já não sei o que fazer...

I received my phone at the begging of this year (2016/03/19). Purpouses of April, the touchscreen started to fail. The phone had already had some problems such so as black screen and auto-reboot which I solved. But this time is irrecoverable so I would like you to help me solve it.
