Probelm superheat battery UMI Touch!!!

hi, I bought a Umi Touch February 20, 2016, up to three days ago everything worked well ...
three days ago instead of my phone was a strange sound ...
I take it was hot, it was written to remove the battery (as if removing the battery was easy ...) I tried to turn it off and as I did so the screen viewing experience is cracked and broke ... yes, it broke!!!

Hi, I've had my UMI touch for one yer now and it has always worked pretty well until a couple of days ago. Now the battery gets extremely hot even with the phone unused (in standby mode) and without even turning on the screen. Moreover the battery discharges incredibly rapidly, even without using it. Yesterday I left the phone on without using it just to test it and it went to 40% after 6 hours, without use! (while earlier it went to 70% at the end of the day with a normal/moderate use). Has anyone experienced this problem? Is there anything I can do?
