touch screen not responding

My touch screen stopped responding to touch.
I tried with hard reset: power + up volume - come the Android robot with "no command". No further possibility
I tried with hard reset: power + down volume - come the chinese menu. I choose MMC line and press power, but no action follow!!!!

How can I make a real hard reset or any other sultion?

Same device I am the same, but just came / bought, I have hard reset and others but still the same, whether to change the lcd panel touch screen it? Where can I get it?

In this situation you should use SPFT and flash complete ROM with firmware upgrade or format + download. Here is SPFT instruction http://community.umidigi.com/forum.php?mod=viewthread&tid=11 And here all available ROMs http://community.umidigi.com/forum-134-1.html Just copied from other post.. If still not working u can buy a new screen. (warranty?)
