Restart after app install.

After app install the application will not open.  The only way to open is to restart the phone.  Anyone else have this problem?

Yess, exactly the same here, it's not by all apps i installed.
I think by 30 to 40% of the applications i can just open it, by the other ones i have to restart the phone.

are you using the stock launcher?
I use Apex Launcher, never experienced that and I installed a LOT of Apps already.
So maybe stock launcher is buggy?

At the moment I am using Google launcher.  Could be having problems with this phone so I'll test another and report back.

Try: Settings/background task clear

And putting the apps on the whitelist
