Clarification form Corning

This is the response i received from Corning about Gorilla Glass:

"Corning collaborates with many customers under agreements which allows the customer to promote Corning® Gorilla® Glass through their communication channels. At this time, we do not have a signed agreement with the manufacturer you inquired about. Corning is investigating confirmation of Corning® Gorilla® Glass with the manufacturer."


I've gone back to 'clarify' if, as Umi claim, they buy the screens form a retailer, they can, in fact, still use the Corning gorilla Glass brand on their adertising..
