UMI Super Network Problem

I have been through the UMI Super forums and have found users posted regarding many issue speacialy regarding to Camera, battery and GPS and couldn't find a dedicated thread regarding the network problems.

I received my UMI Super a week ago and I have been using it as my daily driver. I faced few small problems but the worst of the worst are network related which are below:

• I'm not able to receive any call when my 4G/LTE data is enabled. If i change it to 3G in the network settings then I'm able to receive the calls.
• I can live with 3G but when with 3G settings in the network, deivices connected to my phone via hostspot are not able to access the internet.

Even before to update via FOTA to current v3.01_20160708, I'm working normally with 4G/3G.
On Settings\More\Mobile netwoks\Preferred network type... I have 4G(recommended).
4G is an optiobal service on my country (Spain) so I have to ask to activate it to my network supplier.
Now, depending the coverage, the netwok is switching automatically from 3G to 4G -and way around-  but now affecting to the reception of any call.
Also, the tethering is working well.
Did you updated to the mentioned version the ROM?
Just in case, the way to chech what is your current version go to Settings\About phone ( last position)  and find at the bottom Build number.
