Need translation for a chinese menu at startup

Hello everyone,

Sometimes i'm able to switch on my phone (but it always switch off after a short period...) and yesterday i tried Volume down + power and i got this menu.

Is there anyone who can translate it ?

In my umi super is the same. I think this should be adjusted to what the new firmware. It may be in English, which is a global language.
