Screen Sensitivity

Greetings,

Is it possible that touch screen has different sensitivity on diffret areas of the screen?

I have a feeling that on the lower edge of screen, near the function buttons , the sensitivity is clearly worse. It is also connected to screen accuracy.
I have noticed screen accuracy problems when playing game which shows position of finger when touched.
On remaing area of touchscreen sensitivity and accuracy are constant (meaning accuracy = goood, sensitivity = could be better).

Deos anyone have common feelings?
