Battery not fully charged

Hi,

From time to time the phone won't charge fully during a 5-6 hours charge.
I'm always using the same charger.

Any ideas?

some "extra" apps running in background when you try charge the phone... week ago I drive 500km by the car and when navigation app was running the phone connected to charger discharged battery, charger was to weak
