umi touch wont turn on or charge

Since yesterday I can not turn on or charge my phone. I've tried with other chargers/usb cables but without success.

Can help in solving this problem?

Hi,

Could you describe what happened before this issue has appeared? Did your phone get completely exhausted? If yes, did you leave it without charging for a longer time?
Please, try to leave it on charger for a few hours. Sometimes in the case of a completely exhausted battery the charging process needs a longer time to get started since the battery closes its output to avoid any damages.

i had the some problem(when I triad 1-st time charge the battery), so i send my phone to supplier and they send me new one
ps. i never discharge to 0% my phone... he need to work for me every hour

Unfortunately we can't perfectly identify and resolve such issues remotely. Until now I could repair almost all phones with a such problem if I got them in hand. The only exception is if the charging circuits of the phone burns out due to an over voltage provided by the wall charger. But that's a very rare event.

bencebacsi i probably i will repair too by myself but this was new phone so i don't want lose waranty by disasembly the phone. I chedk the charger but it was ok/ i check on another one from working phone i have 2 umi touch in home

got a UMI TOUCH just over a month or so and suddenly it stopped working the
battery was 7% load and no longer gave signs of life,
not load and does not turn on when I try to connect,
it only vibrates and more nothing and when I put the charger,
it just turns the lights on the lower and nothing indicators.

Can someone help me?

Same thing, from Chile. I waited 5 weeks for my Umi Touch, I had it for 3 months without problems, I was happy... And suddenly, it rebooted a couple times with no reason and almnost a 50% battery, and then, it just shutdown.

It was yesterday, so I connected it, but it only vibrated, and sometimes the battery logo appeared with red line (as empty), and today it doesn't do anything. What can I do, without sending it to China?? I can't wait 5 months
