My pictures were initially very dark until I changed these settings and now pictures seem OK. It seems anti shake was causing the problems.In the camera app go to settings and change it to these settings. Post before and after images please to compare results. Yes they are pretty close, I just increased the exposure to +3. When I got my phone i put anti shake on before taking any pictures and they all came out dark. I turned it off and it seems OK now. I'm not sure what I did but my pictures seem OK.

Great, have you tried the CameraMx app ?  I find the photos come out better with that app ( worth a try its free no adds )

@beatertech.i tried that app, the preview is soo much faster, but i still prefer the pictures taken on the stock app. thanks

also in image properties i turned the brightness to high. so far iv only tested these settings in low light. tommorow il test during day time conditions
