Super display DOA. Sending back to seller for repair or replacement

It happend from the very first time I turned-on.

Thats strange to have in this day and age ..

Most definitely return to seller.. i would expect UMI to be involved with support on this if the phone is DOA strait out of the box. - Could be a faulty batch somewhere ?

Hi All, Thank you for your reply. DOA means Dead On Arrival. I just sent back to sellers today after communication with them. I hope they (Sellers) will replace new Super for me.

I just got replacement unit today. Charging now to test. Display is OK with replacement unit.
