Questions about the UMI Super

Hey UMI team i was just wondering if i got this phone in the United States would i be able to use it with u.s. carriers such as tracfone?

I have a similar question..

will umi super work with 4g networks in india?.. ive' actually bought one without checking if the band is supported.. could you please confirm?
"Airtel uses 2300 MHz TD-LTE band to offer the service. Aircel is the second one who will be providing the LTE service in the same 2300MHz TD-LTE band."

Dear users,

willmyphonework.net is not always perfectly reliable but its result related to UMi Super are correct. Unfortunately LTE services cannot be used in the USA. Future UMi models will support US LTE bands.

So i checked the website and it said it was compatible with 2 and 3g on tracfone so doesn't this mean it just wouldn't have as good of speeds in the  United States of America

yes, LTE is a version of 4G - so in the US you would not be able to benefit from teh 4G side of things. To be fair, I'm inthe UK and I've switched my 4G option off to save battery. I have Wifi at home and work, so not bothered abut 4G" Also, before 4G came, i was able to watch and use my phones, so 4G has not added anything for me.
So....enjoy away mate! :-)

Iam in the UK and on Giffgaff and 4G is working fine for me :-)

Im krishnan from chennai. I would want to buy umi super. Does it work with airtel 4g here? through which site did you buy? did you face any issues in custom clearance ? thank you...
