Disabled notification light blink

Every time my notification light blink without any of notification. How can I desable it?

Also can I customize color of individual app notification? If yes how?

To disable blink led: go in Harlequin Led Notification and modify standby display to none.
But you will lose back light of home button

Also you cannot configure color for individual app except those defined in menu (missed calls, message, incoming calls, ...)
