SIM Slot problem / RSAP-Bluetooth

I now have my new UMI Super for a couple of days and today I paired my phone to my cars infotainment center (VAG: Skoda Superp 3).
Unfotunately it was only paired as handsfree and not as a so called "Premium" (whitch uses the RSAP-technology). No way...

After searching in the setup menu I found that my SIM-card was recogniced as SIM2.
I am using single SIM in combination with a MicroSD-card. (see Pic1.jpg).

When I remove the MicroSD-card and use that port for the SIM (see Pic2.jpg) it is recogniced as SIM1 AND "Premium" with RSAP works fine???

It looks like that RSAP only works with SIM1 and not with SIM2! Unfortunately the MicroSD-card does not fit in the other slot!
Why did you use the SIM1-Port for the MicroSD-card?

Any idea how to solve the problem? Of course I want to use the MicroSD-card AND use RSAP!

Thank you for your feedback, I will forward this problem to our engineers, they will do research on it and check whether we can realize this function in SIM 2 card.

thank you for your answer. I hope that there will be a solution.

One question:
Why did you chose to use SIM-Port1 for multi purpose port in combination with a SD-card?
When you use a phone not as dual sim but with a memory card you still will use one SIM card. So SIM-Port2 is the natural multi purpose port.

As the hardware of both ports (SIM1 & SIM2) should be the same, perhaps you can just switch them by software changes?

PS: Besides this problem the UMI Super is probably one of the best phones I ever had! It would be really sad if I have to switch phones but I do need RSAP....

Are there any new info? Latest OTA did not fix the problem. Stimm SIM2 and still no RSAP....

Hello, do you have ani solutions at time to fix this problem.Couldn't you change the rsap to the other SIM slot?Thank you for helping. I don't want to buy a new handy because i like the UMI Super. But i need this connection. Thanks and regards. René

due to the fact that nothing happend so far and the Super is not useable for me (I do need RSAP in my car for Car-Wifi-System) I now have ordered a S7 Edge! You had your chance, UMI, you missed it!

Last UMI phone for me and all the people I do support with technics.
