problem with Umi Super

Hello, I'm surprised by seeing my message deleted "Super Umi problems". Any large company should take into account the oponión of their customers and try to offer a solution.
Furthermore, these problems have been shared in various forums of my country (Spain) and other clients suffer the same consequences.
I also feel disappointed by the sales system, offering $ 70 discount coupon because the terminal has cost me with shipping charges, insurance customs, taxes and costs € 254 customs clearance.

There are a lot of posts here containing complaints about UMI Super (and other UMI products) but nobody deletes them. Usually only offending and repeated posts get deleted.
For your current complaint:
We are sorry for your inconvenience however, a manufacturer cannot be responsible for the activity of a reseller if that retailer is not controlled by the specific company itself. Moreover, a reseller cannot be responsible for the taxes that the customs applies in a customer's residential country. If you live in Spain and order something from outside of the EU, that has a higher value than €22, you always can be bound to pay import taxes. Insurances are optional (you can uncheck them) and you can select the appropriate shipping method at most online retailers.

Concerning the case of deleting the message to me has also surprised me because it did not contain any offensive matter.
As for the sales procedure, also understood that you can not be responsible for the management of an outside vendor. But if the election should take care of its employees, because I took several days trying to contact Efox (AUKEY INTERNATIONAL LIMITED) and do not respond to my request.
