sound volume too low

The sound volume is too low, even when you select the highest level.

The EngineerMode is built in the MediaTek Android system. You can call it by dialing *#*#3646633#*#*
You don't need to download and install anything - third party apps just call the same app.
To adjust the volume of media audio playback through the built-in loud speaker:
1. Scroll right to Hardware Testing and choose Audio
2. Choose Normal Mode
3. Select Media in the drop-down list of Type
4. Set the Max Vol to a higher value. Your changes will take effect immediately as you tap on the Set button.
You may play an audio file in the background to hear the result immediately.
The new settings will remain until a factory data reset.
For the headset output you can do the same settings by Choosing Headset Mode in the Audio menu.

I have no problem with the ringtune, its probably the highest I got from any phone I owned. Maybe video is a little low though.

Volume can be changed by users thanks to the MTK engineering mode app, downloadable on google play.

Then go to Hardware testing --> Audio --> Volume --> Audio Playback --> System/Speaker.
I update from 92 to 124 the index value (maximum is 160).

I noticed a higher volume with music.

I have noticed the problem for audio video, but also music, as Deezer or spotify app; good audio quality, but low, for ring tones have paid no attention
