Fingerprint button stopped working

Hi,
My Umi Touch fingerprint button worked without any problem at all since yesterday. I'm not able to unlock my phone, It don't even activate the screen, 1/30 tries are succesfull also this button not always work on chrome or even when I tried to Reassign Fingerprint sensor as Home button it not always work. When I try to calibrate it this error shows up :

Since that I've been clearing cache lots of time, I've made SFTP Firmware Upgrade to latest ROM twice, nothing helps.
My phone never fell out, I've holding it PTU case, I've got Tempered Glass on screen. I never exposed this phone on the sun for time longer than 2-3 minutes.
What can be wrong with my Umi Touch ?

Afer restoring factory settings I don't have fingerprint unlock options in menu

Can you try to restore a factory settings on your phone? If it can't help, perhaps, it's a hardware problem, I suggest you to contact the reseller which you purchased your phone to apply for warranty.

Maybe that would be enough to disconnect and reconnect the fingerprint sensor on the bottom PCB but that needs your phone to be disassembled.

I'll try to do that, but I need 3-4 days, I'm quite busy right now. Then I'll give you answer

Are you using another launcher? and disabled the original (launcher3)?
I am using Nova Launcher and disabled the original, after that the digital sensor stopped working and not even appear in the lock settings. I thought it had broken and past a couple of days I decided to reactivate the original launcher and restarted the phone. the digital sensor returned to work normally.
the original launcher is the digital sensor administrator and as such has to be always active. this is the conclusion I came to.

Sorry but you might had a coincidental accident. The launcher has nothing to do with the fingerprint sensor and normally it still works perfectly even if you install Nova or any other third party launcher.

It worked and now I've got fingerprint unlock option in menu, but after i press fingerprint calibration button still this same error shows up (failed. ret: -11).
And I can't set my new fingerprint pattern because my touch button didn't react when I touch It.

Edit1:
I've disassembled my phone and reconected lower PCB with Touch button and It did not solve the problem, I think sensor is broken.
Is it possible to get only touch button replacement under the warranty conditions ? I've bought my phone by aliexpress Umi Official store and I don't want to send back my phone for repair to China. It takes too much time, I'll contact them on aliexpress

The fingerprint sensor has its own connector on the bottom PCB. You have to remove that board to get access to the fingrprint sensor. You should reconnect that connector.
Resellers don't send parts in warranty but you should contact your reseller to find out a solution. Currently the fingerprint sensor is not available as a spare part.
