Disable "App permission management is running" notification

Hello,

how do I disable the annoying "App permission management is running" notification which is constantly shown in the status bar?

I tried the App settings but there is no "block notification" button for this App?

The App permissions management is located in the Settings --> Security menu. You can turn it off and you won't see its notifications anymore.

Really? Went away after a while?

I searched for the App permission settings in the Settings Menu but I couldn't find it there!?
Anyway when clicking on the notification itself it does take you to the App permission settings menu where one could disable the notifcation himself.

I had that problem to but it disappeared after a while.
