Desktop Direct Call Widget - Permission Problem

first few days I had no problem with:
adding a widget -> Contacts -> Direct Call 1 x 1 to the desktop and to assign it with one mobile number from my contacts. Any call was successfull established with pressing the desktop button.

since yesterday I do get the message: Permissions denied. This you can change under Settings ->Apps.

well. but how?
I did reset the permissions with no success.
I did reboot the Touch without success.
I did delete & recreate the widgets without success.

app "contacts" does have contacts & phone enabled.
app "phone" does have contacts, phone and memory enabled.

what do I miss?

Dear Georg,

Haven't you installed a new launcher or other widget handler app in the meantime? Such settings don't change without reason.

no. don’t think so.

My workaround I found meanwhile:
1. deletethe icons on desktop.
2. opencontact app
3. select acontact
4. selectsettings menu
5. selectoption "Place on Home screen"
this way the created icons do work
if I doopen widgets -> Contacts -> selecting "Direct dial 1 x 1" andplace it on desktop and then select contact from popping up "choose anumber to call" menu the icon is created but permission is denied whenpressing this icon

I've following apps installed:
GMX Mail, Google, GoogleText-to-speech, DS photo, AdobeAcrobat REader, App ListBackup, AutomaticCall Recorder, Battery HD, Call LogsBackup & Restore,CAM Mobile, Cloud Print, DelectableWin - Scan & Rate, DS audio, DS cam, DS cloud, DS download, DS file, DS finder,DS video, FileHubPlus, GoogleDrive, Google News& Weather, GoogleTalkBack, GoPro VR, GPS Test, High-SpeedCamera Plus, Maps(Google), Mein HoT, My Backup, Open Camera, PayPal, RTR-NetTest, SMS Backup& Restore, Speedtest.net, TV-Browser- TV Guide, WhatsApp Messenger

Dear Georg,
Since now you provided some important details about your issue, I can give you the solution.
The stock launcher cannot get the needed permission automatically, so you have to enable it manually.

1. Go to Settings --> Apps
2. Scroll down to Launcher3 and select it
3. Tap on Permissions, then enable Phone - you also may enable Storage but that's not needed in your case.
From now you can use your direct call widget.
