Get root acces back on eMax

Hello,
I have the stock android 4.4.4 rom that comes with the phone (still waiting for 5.0) but I lost root acces on the phone and it seems I can't get it back.
It won't let me boot in fastboot and there's no such option in rootjoy.
I need root acces back and I hope UMI will answer as that's really the minimum tech support they are at least supposed to provide.

iRoot is also able to root your eMAX but I don't recommend to use that app since it installs malwares on your phone.
