YouTube and Google Maps, 505 can not install

When I'm on my UMI Emax Mini update:
YouTube and Google Maps, I get both the error 505 can not install
Google refers to the manufacturer.
Please help me with an update or repair other!

Dear user,

If you're not on that yet, install this latest update: http://community.umidigi.com/for ... peid%26typeid%3D104
If you still have issues, install TWRP recovery with this tool: http://community.umidigi.com/for ... peid%26typeid%3D104
Then download and install a GAPPS package with TWRP. Link: http://opengapps.org/
Choose ARM64 5.0 and the nano variant is recommended.
