Problems with Snapchat and FB Messenger

Hi.

I have a problem on Snapchat. When I enter the app, I have a big black bar at the bottom of the screen. I need to enter and quit a chat to make it disappear but it appears when I quit a friend's story or when I open a snap.

I contacted Snapchat, they gave me several modified versions, nothing's working. I told them and they conclude that it's not from the app but from the phone. That's what I thought too, because on my other MTK devices, I have some others problem with Snapchat (when I take a video, the screen goes darker even if there's the flash, I have this problem with the UMi Touch too, but only during the night time.).
So please, make something on the next update.

Now with Facebook Messenger.
I contacted them too, they told me that it's from the phone too. On my other MTK devices, it works perfectly for the vocal notes, my voice is clear etc.
On the UMi, my voice is pitched up and the note is faster that it should be.
I tried with an other Android 6 device with the same MTK processor as the UMi Touch, and it works like my other devices.
So those problem comes from the phone itself.

Please, correct those things on the next FOTA update.

There's only UMi users' that have this issue.
It's from the phone itself, not from the app.

If you haven't done it yet, I suggest you to get through the play store reviews of fb messenger to see that, how many users have different but serious issues with that app.
I'm sorry but haters are not welcome here as this one is UMI's own forum.

Dear user,

Please note, if you use any other messaging app (whatsapp, Viber, WeChat etc.) to record your voice, you don't experience that pitched tone. Only fn messenger has that issue and a lot of other users using different smart phones have issues with the fb messenger. This must be a bad voice encoder handling but the developer of fb messenger should know which encoders they use.
