Hello,

I can not change the ringtones on my Touch. Please help my.

Dear,
You should use your original music player to set ringtones
1.Enter the music in the home page
2.Press the music which you favorite for a 3 seconds;
3.Then the screen will turn up a small list, one option is" Use as phone ringtone"

Hi jasonx3,

Thanks for the help, but unfortunately this did not solve the problem. I can not replace the ringtone  on Umi  Touch  right now. The second OTA update did not help.

Please follow on these steps:
Settings-->Sound&notification-->setting icon on the right of "General"-->Phone ringtone-->choose that ringtone you prefer

Could you try something?

Install vlc mediaplayer, and after install,open it.

Go to songs tab and push on options button of the song on the right side. Can you choose "select as a ringtone"?

Unfortunately, that does not work.

Try the app Ringtone Maker. It also installs Es File Explorer

Hallo,

Seemingly each music player install, but it only works with the preset ringtones.
