Hello Community,

I use my Hammer since 2 Week an I was realy happy with it.
Yesterday I wanted to try another Firmware (just for fun).
Because of RootJoy I thought, that should be fast an easy an if I don´t like the Rom I flash it back to Stock.

Fail!!!!

I dowloaded one of the Roms from RootJoy and flashed it.
the flashingprocess started an worked (I thought)

Reboot ..............................................

I know it from my other Android devices in the past, that it should take a while till the first time startup is done.
but after starting up all night long I know that the Umi Hammer ist bricked.

Can somebody help me or is that guarantee because of the Umi Software (RootJoy)???

Greetings

I suggest you try to install the rom stock Android 4.4 by flash tool. You can find a guide here: http://www.htcmania.com/showthread.php?t=1040293

I understood but Flash tool works just with USB-Debugging.
an USB Debugging needs a working Android Device.
without USB-Debugging the Tool just does nothing.
in Recovery mode, or in Bootloop dooesn´t matter.

Why do you insist on saying you need USB-Debugging? again, to use Flash Tool not need to have the Smartphon on, you just have to use the key conbinación Vol. + and Power. Leete manuals and tutorials and see how easy it is.

OK, I tried from Recovery.
but the Flashttol just does nothing.
It´s a little frustrating.

I even tried to flash the Rom directly from Recovery via SD-Card.
but now it even don´t try to boot.
at startup the hammer goes directly to recovery mode :-(

I also tried to flash in Fastbootmode.
but there are only Errors every time.
does exzist something like a RUU (RUU is a System Reset File where everything will be flashed new. its used from HTC) which I can flash via fastboot.
I don´t like these Windows tools.
You can´t see what they are doing while you´re waiting.

If you also don´t now what I can do now, I will send it back to China.
E-Fox (onlineshop) said, that the technics there will do it, (or change the Hammer, who nows)
