Rome camera problem

Hi guys.
I've recently bought an UMI ROME that uses android 5.1 .
The devices works good, but i've found a problem.
When i'm using apps like WhatsApp or Instagram, and i've too take a picture whit these app (these apps use their own camera), the camera goes down and i can't use them until the next reboot (i can't use neither the default camera).
Anybody solved this issue?

P.s: my UMI use the v3.01, but as i could read, this issue stays even with the v3.03.

There are users who solved this issue flashing ROM for flashtool not with Rootjoy. Here you can see instructions to follow for flashing ROM with flashtool

I have the same problem in my device Umi Rome! this is a shame! what can I do?
