This is the SP Flash Tool release of the

V1.0_20210819 system software

for UMIDIGI A11 4GB+128GB

European version for EEA countries

Flash tool operation is recommended to experienced users only. If you are not yet an experienced flash tool user, please carefully read the flash tool tutorial before proceeding, and strictly follow each instruction.

Except if an authorized or responsible expert directly asked you to do that,

never format the flash chip of your device or you instantly lose your warranty!

UMIDIGI A11 receives all updates automatically via FOTA method. You need this tool only in case of emergency (if you've bricked your phone), if you want to apply a clean install or if you want to clear all root access and custom recovery to make your phone able to receive FOTA updates again. Moreover, flashing with SPFT is the only option to repair (replace) damaged system software.

Extract the .rar file before use. The scatter file (MT6765_Android_scatter.txt) is inside the extracted folder, together with the other components

VCOM driver: Windows 10 can automatically install it. Please make sure that your Windows is logged in with administrator rights and your computer has a working internet connection when first time connecting your phone.

Here's an optional solution to start the flashing process on your UMIDIGI A11 if the standard method doesn't work.

It's especially useful if your phone is bricked or is stuck in bootloop

1. Connect your phone to USB.

2. Start the flashing process with the Download button in the flasher app.

3. Press and hold the power button of your phone until the flashing process starts (red bar appears at the bottom of the app window), then release it. In this process you have to keep the power button pressed for about 10 seconds.

4. Wait until the flashing process finishes.

Kind request from users:
Please report any kind of new issues you experience after installing this update only if you've already flashed this ROM with SP Flash Tool in Firmware Upgrade mode. In rare cases a FOTA update can cause more or less serious malfunctions but that means only the update process went wrong, not a badly developed ROM. An updated stock ROM, especially related to the basic functions will not cause any new issues but will solve some of the existing ones.

Realice el proceso de flasheo como si indica en el tutorial (exactamente igual) y como resultado la pantalla del dispositivo se puso negra y en la parte inferior izquierda este mensaje
=> FASTBOOT mode ...
Cuando presiono boton de encendido y Volumen+ aparecen las 3 opciones y al seleccionarlas estos resultados:
Recovery mode       -----------> No Commands
Fastboot mode        -----------> Fastboot mode
Normal                   -----------> Pantalla negra y parte inferior izquierda con mensaje => FASTBOOT mode ...
Soy de Peru y aunque instale las rooms que me sugirieron en la tienda de UMIDIGI de aliexpres el problema persiste.

Hi After installing this update the phone keeps randomly restarting, the apps are crashing.There were several times when the phone restart itself to go to recovery mode.Please to fix this. i cannot use the phone at all.

Had the same issue. In SP_Flash_tool chose the mode to Firmware Upgrade instead of Download Only

With firmware upgrade- mode the update went fine and got past the fastboot mode

Here is two videos which shows the behavior of the phone after this update. the update was done by SP_Flash_tool with both Firmware Upgrade instead of Download Only modes.The result is the same.

Did you install the correct sw version, EU vs NON-EU? Maybe you could try to install an older sw version?

Hi,
the phone came with version UMIDIGI_A11_E_V1.0_20210603_20210603-2312 so i installed UMIDIGI_A11_4GB_E_V1.0_20210819 - SPFT firmware.In the release notes UMIDIGI_A11_4GB_E_V1.0_20210819 claims to fix the phone restart.What is the point to install older which the restart problem still exists.

Ok, I meant there was one update in between, V1.0_20210715. Maybe worth to try and update to that one first and then to latest version, ie V1.0_20210819

Im not an expert, but usually I do not hop over update versions

Hi,
i installed all the firmwares available for E version and it is the same.constant restarting and app crashing.i noticed that the version UMIDIGI_A11_4GB_E_V1.0_20210715 is less restarting the phone but still do it.
when you perform 'SP Flash Tool' update with 'firmware upgrade' option there is no need to make update step by step.it just overwrite the entire flash and don't care about the previous version.
