This is the SP Flash Tool release of the

E_V1.0_20210523 system software

for UMIDIGI BISON 2021 6GB

European version for EEA countries

Please note, this software release is compatible only with the 2021 edition of UMIDIGI BISON with 6GB RAM

Flash tool operation is recommended to experienced users only. If you are not yet an experienced flash tool user, please carefully read the flash tool tutorial before proceeding, and strictly follow each instruction.

Except if an authorized or responsible expert directly asked you to do that,

never format the flash chip of your device or you instantly lose your warranty!

UMIDIGI BISON 2021 receives all updates automatically via FOTA method. You need this tool only in case of emergency (if you've bricked your phone), if you want to apply a clean install or if you want to clear all root access and custom recovery to make your phone able to receive FOTA updates again. Moreover, flashing with SPFT is the only option to repair (replace) damaged system software.

You can wireless update to this version from Settings -> System -> Advanced -> System update

Extract the .rar file before use. The scatter file (MT6771_Android_scatter.txt) is inside the extracted folder, together with the other components

VCOM driver: Windows 10 can automatically install it. Please make sure that your Windows is logged in with administrator rights and your computer has a working internet connection when first time connecting your phone.

Here's an optional solution to start the flashing process on your UMIDIGI BISON 2021 if the standard method doesn't work.

It's especially useful if your phone is bricked or is stuck in bootloop

1. Connect your phone to USB.

2. Start the flashing process with the Download button in the flasher app.

3. Press and hold the power button of your phone until the flashing process starts (red bar appears at the bottom of the app window), then release it. In this process you have to keep the power button pressed for about 10 seconds.

4. Wait until the flashing process finishes.

Kind request from users:
Please report any kind of new issues you experience after installing this update only if you've already flashed this ROM with SP Flash Tool in Firmware Upgrade mode. In rare cases a FOTA update can cause more or less serious malfunctions but that means only the update process went wrong, not a badly developed ROM. An updated stock ROM, especially related to the basic functions will not cause any new issues but will solve some of the existing ones.

The E (EEA) version contains only different google certificates but it's fully compatible with the non-EEA version released for the same hardware. Retailers are allowed to sell phones in the EEA region only with EEA software installed on them but as an end-user, you may use any compatible software. A BISON 2020 can not boot up (you get a boot loop) with a BISON 2021 software installed on it and vice versa.

BISON = 2020 version, Android 10
BISON_1 = 2021 version with different motherboard, Android 10
BISON_6R = The Android 11 upgrade of the BISON_1

just interested what differences 2020 and 2021?

can you give more information? Did you unlock the bootloader? Did you install another OS? Did you use Magisk?

Or was it a stock image with locked bootloader? And failed on its own? Its possible there was an OTA update but I cant tell with the info you supplied.

YES, after that loop of boot problem,it came in normal after flash by SP flash(firmware upgrage),, then problem arose again,flash secondly by SP flash(format all and download),this time it start normal but with another problem(TEE and google unwriten key,lost of IMEIs),i decide unlock bootloader and root it by magisk (follows umidigi comunity tutorial)bt all fail,it remain loop of booting it take more than 1mins show bison last log before start and shutdown again,,,off botton respond very slow on power on.
bison...help please.

Bought a Bison from official Umidigi store and it came with Android 10.

Just last week i updated to 6R_V1.0_20210523, but after 3 days  my camera started recording video with errors, or 0 bytes after the first recorded video. tried to reset the application settings and delete the cache. but no results. so... installed Open Camera and this works perfect.
sometimes the phone reboots, but this is from the first day of purchase.
  and also the interlocutors do not hear me well. No parameters in Engineer mode menu. codes is not works, possible to see with MTK Engineer Mode App, but also clear menu. impossible changing audio parameters.

i restore my IMEI's with SN_Write_Tool_v1.1916.00 but no service or emergency call for all SIM card, what can i do next? help plz
