Most of the entry-level phones typically incorporate low-quality sensors, which do not allow users to make decent photographs.

UMi Rome X is incorporate Sony IMX179 sensor
Currently, higher quality sensors are manufactured by Sony. An example of Sony manufactured sensor can be found on the UMi Rome X, which incorporates a Sony IMX179 8-megapixel sensor. This sensor is claimed to be the best among all the 8-megapixel sensors, both Sony and other brands.

Sony IMX179 is not only the best 8-megapixel sensor on today’s market, but also is the model used in well-known devices such as Google Nexus 5, Oppo R1, Huawei Honor 6 Plus or Nubia 9 mini, all of them with a much higher price than UMi Rome X
Here are some pictures taken with the Sony IMX179 sensor shown:

As we can see in the pictures above, the Sony IMX179 is a high quality sensor that will allow users to take amazing photos with their UMi Rome X.
As already mentioned, Sony IMX179 is the best 8-megapixel sensor on the market, allowing users to capture memorable moments with superb image quality. As we have seen, we can usually find this sensor as part of mid-range devices, however, you could enjoy this high quality photo on the UMi Rome X camera, an entry-level device which will cost only $49.99.

I insist... Rather than bringing out new mobiles like there is no tomorrow (while in the process abandinging support for existing ones), why don't you, UMI, concentrate on keeping your promises and fixing the issues of existing models?

We are still waiting for an explanation on why he UMI Rome is only 2-point touch, and specially on why the battery iis a PIECE OF CRAP, with barely 4 hours under normal use (and normal use is not leaving a mobile ona table without using it).

WHAT ARE YOUR SOLUTIONS ABOUT THE BATTERY ISSUE (WE KNOW THE 2-POINT WE ARE STUCK WITH IT)?

And, please if you are really willing to do your job and provide a solution, do not insult our intelligence like you have done in some other post, making us beleive that 3-4 hours of battery for some wifi usage is a normal lasting time.

BTW, I did your 10-cycle (fully charge, wait to 15% then fully charge, for 10 times) "solution" as you provied in another post, and the situation is practically the same. If there is an improvement, it's not really noticebale.

You should either provide a RELIABLE firmware that address the issue, or provide a true 2500mah battery to exisiting buyers. That's a "strange" set fo actions called "support" and "warrantly"

You have to keep up with what you promised in your marketing graphics. Among other things, 9 hours of battery with 4G browsing.

You're probably right.

In any case, barking gives me some kind of satisfaction, tough.

I know I have near-to-zero chances of succeeding, but if one single person reads my posts about the issue, and by reading it decides not to buy a product from them, that would satisfy me enough, as crazy or stupid it may sounds.

Cheers, and don't take it wrong if I bark again in some other post, but I appreciate your comment and your wake-up call.

No probs , we have all been there . I was just trying to spare you wasting your energy. If only potential buyers read this forum for a bit of honesty .The Facebook  posters really grind my gears with the fawning sycophancy - I am positive they think if they brown-nose enough that they will get a freebie . Tarts .
