Why won't UMI release kernel sources?

Many companies have done this and saw their profit margin increasing. So why won't UMI do this?
Can a representative please answer me?
According to me, UMI has definitely something to hide.

Maybe they have something to hide, or they want to be the only ones that release ROMs.
