The screenshots app on the phone is very buggy and until Umidigi address this, I will show you how to restore the default screenshot app on Android 10.
1) Open the Settings App
2) Tap Smart Assistant and then "Gesture Operation" (strange directory name for this I know).
3) Change the slider for "Screen-shot" to off (it should be grey).
All done! You should now be able to take normal screenshots without issues.
