[Umi emax mini] LED NOTIFICATION NOT working with apps

Hi,
I've just received my first UMI phone, an Emax mini, and the notification LED only works when it is charging. I've tried to set the apps notifications on priority mode and still no LED notification.
It is running the lolipop 5.0.2
Can somebody help me?

Here I explained an alternative solution for notification LED.

With GravityBox module you can even disable the LED switching ON when the battery reach 15% or less
