Microphone not working

After last Umidigi update, microphone not working for phone calls and Google apps.   Voice recorder can still record sound so microphone not dead.   What is solution?

My ONE PRO microphone also suddenly stopped working for phone calls without any update or installation new app  .   Voice recorder can still record sound .
Mic-Spk loopback test  Main mic -speaker Test - FAIL
Microphone test  Ref-microphone- speaker Test - PASS

Any solution?

Please perform factory reset from settings - system - reset options

Hi MarcinP,
Factory reset does not resolve microphone issue.   Any other suggestions?    Microphone still works with sound recorder app so it's either a software issue or the phone is defective.

Could you please flash full older ROM with SPFT under firmware upgrade mode and test?
