manual Upgrade with OTA Download

Dear UmiDigi Admins, I have a S2 in Version 1 and in the past I had much Problems with O² Connection  in Germany. Now, the version UMIDIGI_S2_V1.0_20171114 with a manual upgrade over flashing tool has solve the problem.
Now this version became no automatic OTA Upgrades.
The question is:
What happens when I use OTA Version UMIDIGI_S2_V1.0_20171221 in a manual OTA Upgrade.
Now I can also use the flashing tool again and make a full upgrade, but the better way is to use the small update without data lost.

BUENOS DIAS UMIDIGI, estoy comprando un equipo A3S, pero en mi pais (PERU) necesita el certificado de homologacion y me piden registrar su manual, y no lo encuentro en la pagina; me podrian facilitar el manual porfavor

To update with OTA you need update one by one with next higher number.
Also you can use SPFT and choose download option not firmware upgrade and uncheck user data to save your data. But always before any update or flashing we recommending save data on outer memory.

Step by step - the next higher version is 20171123 - I have downloaded the file, and have a backup of my phone.
Okay I have try the local OTA Upgrade - UMIDIGI_S2_V1.0_20171123_update.zip - this show error on installation, the phone is not bricked but I have already the Version S2_V1.0_20171114 installed.
Now I dont will kill my phone and have not try to install S2_V1.0_20171221, what can I do to install a local OTA Upgrade?

Please reboot your phone and try again OTA update. Otherwise you need perform factory reset and then try OTA update. But as I said before you can use SPFT and jump directly to latest version.
