Display Problems

Hi guy,

does anyone of you have problems with your Display?
After 5 days Strips appear and getting worser.

Bougth over gear best and i started contact to the Support already but until now no reaction.

I have a totally black screen. I've tried every trick in the book, with power button and volume down. And I even managed to flash a ROM but still no screen visability. It is just dark grey and I can hear the charger beep when attaching charger. And the black/greyish screen notice my touching like white cloud sort of when I press it.
What should I do?

Please perform full factory reset (settings - backup and reset - factory data reset) to be sure that this is not some app or software error.

Hi, des i thing also its a Hardware Problem.
I did a full factory reset but the Problem is the same as before.


Seems like im the only one with thar Kind of Problem

I ordered 2 pcs of S2, first piece also having the screen problem, the screen just gone black, after doing the full reset still the same, also no respond from GearBest, and my second piece having charging problem, it took very very long time to charge (3 hours for 30% charge), this is not my first time using Umidigi phone I had Plus, Plus E and Crystal all work fine but not S2.

Contact to seller for warranty and solution.

I also contacted my Seller and i can send it back and get my money back (via Gearbest - i have only to pay the shipping Fee, what is 16€ from Germany

Ik heb een probleem met het scherm. Na bij de instellingen een en ander te hebben willen uitproberen is het scherm uitgevallen. Op geen enkele manier kan ik meer in de instellingen komen. Het toestel is mogelijk om met veel moeite het toestel opnieuw te laten opstarten, maar zodra het "normale" scherm in beeld is verdwijnt het daarna om weer helemaal grijs/zwart te zijn. Toestel is in augustus in gebruik genomen.
Z1 pro. Wat zijn de mogelijkheden? Gekocht via DealExtrem.
