UMI IRON , only one sim card active?UK

Hi all,

in the UK i have two three.co.uk sim cards (, but only one is active, like on my Honor 7, one is 4g the second one seems to be only 2g, anyone spotted same issue?
I want both of my sim cards to be active to receive calls etc.

Other option:

One THREE UK sim card - is 4g/3g
second EE sim card - is 2g only
and
when i switch to EE as I want it 4g, the THREE UK sim card is disabled...

does anyone have 4g/3g on both cards and are both avtive?

Hello the Umi Iron like many chinese phone have one slot with 3g/4g active and the second slot with GSM only. It's hardware so you cannot switch.

i have umi iron but i face problem in data sim its not working in both slot  < then i try it in other mobile its working please what i can do

Any smartphones with active dual 3G/4G support (that would need 2 pcs. of built-in hardware modems) don't exist on the market, so you require an impossible feature.

Hi,

You should set the correct APN settings for your service provider in Wireless & Networks/More.../Mobile networks/Access Point Names, choosing the appropriate SIM card and the corresponding tamplate. Save your settings when you finished.
