i recently got the umi plus e and am using it through straigh talk wireless with ATT towers and i only have 3g instead of 4g lte i called customer support and they said to contact the manufacturer help

I wonder how many people who know that this brand does not support and have lied since the day of the Pre launch (9 months) of the phone still insist on buying.
Do a factory reset on the phone and then see if it solved the problem
