Dear sirs.
I received my cell phone UMI PLUS E in March 2017 and since then I am very satisfied with it.
However, four weeks ago the battery had been discharging very quickly.
Last Friday when removing the protective cover I noticed that the sides are raised.
So I looked for a specialized technician and after carefully disassembling the cell phone, it was found that the battery was stuffed.
Despite the problem the device apparently is working.
I already contacted the seller, but he does not have battery for exchange. From what I saw together with the technician seems to be a problem of manufacture of the product, thus, I want to know how the UMI can help me to solve the problem.
I would like to receive a new battery for my cell phone to work again.
