Hi .. I have a phone umi ples e when I charge the battery 100% after it reaches me 75% The phone alerts me that the battery has reached 0% and what is the solution?

option 1: reset to factory, flash new clean last rom
option 2: try to sell this device (good luck)  and buy another one.
