Problem with UMI E Update, phone restarts every few minutes

I recently updated my UMI Plus E and now the phone keeps restarting every few minutes.
The current install update is UMI Plus E.V302_20170605.
How can I resolve the issue

Yes.  I recently (2months ago) bought the Umidigi Plus E and just a few days back got OTA update for v3.02_20170605.  I noticed mine too keeps rebooting randomly throughout the day.  Once I was typing a note and halfway (12 lines without saving as I was still typing the note), it just rebooted.  I didn't take note on the previous version which was very stable.  It reboots mostly when it is in standby mode, sometimes when I am using it.  It's frustrating and I wish I could go back to the previous stable version.  Any ideas apart from factory reset?  Has anyone encountered this problem and has verified if factory reset actually helps to resolve the issue?  If it does resolve the problem, as a last resort, I might take that route.
