Mode Recovery

Bonjour,
j'ai fais l'acquisition d'un UMI Super mais malheureusement l'appareil photo ne fonctionne pas. L'application photo s'arrête.
Pour info, il y a une MAJ en android 7
J'ai envoyé un email au site marchand et on m'a répondu ceci :
"Dear friend,
The problem you met is maybe a fault of the software, please try to do as follows:
1 Press the power button and the volume button "-" at the same time,
2 Select the recovery mode
3 Then choose the third and fourth options (wipe data / factory reset and wipe cache partition) after entering the recovery mode.
if it still not work,pls send us some photos or short video for verify.
Yours sincerely"

Lorsque je fais cette manip je ne trouve pas le mode Recovery Mode mais seulement le "Factory Mode"

Quelqu'un pourrait m'aider ?
