UMi Plus V3.02_20170407 transitional version

Dear Users,

A new but not official (transitional) update has been released with the version number V3.02_20170407 for UMi Plus.
It will be quickly followed by an official (also available via FOTA) version but if you want, now you can try and test this one at your own risk. It works properly on my test device.

Please report any new issues only if you've flashed it as a clean installation (wiped user data) in Firmware Upgrade mode.

I hope what something change in bluetooth driver, because I have problems pairing my bluetooth devices with UMI PLUS, but devices have no problem pair with anothers phones..
