Umi Plus problem with SMS and internet

Hi,

I am facing a problem on my Umi Plus with Android 7(v3.01_20161228).
The problem with SMS when send and recive messages. I am an area with good 3G signal. I set in Cellular Networks option with
3G/2G(Auto). I am not using 4G because I don't have 4G signal in that area.
When I want to send a SMS, the message can't be sent, the phone is trying to send the sms but after some seconds it says: 'message can't be sent'. If I switch Cellular Networks on 2G(to use only 2G) then SMS is working fine.

The same problem is with internet, I can't use it. I have the correct settings. Here I noticed a new issue: when mobile internet is not working and when turn OFF 'Data Connection', after 3-4seconds it will be automatically turned ON. And no is not from battery profiles, I am using My Mode with Data Connection allways off.

The problem is not from this area because on other phones like Samsung, the internet and sms are working very good, no problems.


If I am moving or travelling in another area with the same 3G signal(good signal) I don't have any problems: SMS and internet are working fine.

So, from where comes this bug? In some area is working, but in other areas does not work?

Umi please investigate and correct this problem, also the bug when Data Connection is switched ON automatically.

And another question is: there will be future updates for Google Security Patch Level? Now the last patch on my phone is from 5-dec-2016.

Hope that umi team will focus on software updates and bug fixes because this are very important.
