Wi-Fi calling

Hello,
I have problems to activate Wi-Fi calling on the Diamond.
All manuels does not work for me, because of missing functions in the "Settings" menu. eg. "calls"
Even if I go there over some detour i cant add a ne sip account. (The button is missing)
I think that umi changes something to support the second SIM card, but maybe they cut the settings.
I do not want to use any app for that. I want use the Android function that is included since Android 2.0.
