Lollipop UMI eMAX - error partitions

After installing the lollipop my phone partitions were changed. internal memory for applications was of 1.12GB and systema not got space of 10GB. better to fix this problem before launching another ROM.

UMIstake

Flash it with choosing the 'Firmware Upgrade' option (all partitions), then power on your phone and let it boot the Android system. Don't boot into recovery before the first run. The 12.5GB user partition will be installed through the first boot up.
If you go back to KitKat, you can get into the same issue. So always change Android version with full flash upgrade, than let your phone boot into Android, don't run recovery before the first Android boot up.
